Company Policy

Rest assure a lot of time and effort goes into catering to every individual workshop and event in making it a fantastic experience!

EVENTS/PARTIES

Supplies for projects such as materials, tools and lessons are all included with fee.  Host of event will supply their own decorations, food, or themed party favors. 

There is a non-refundable $75.00 deposit required at booking for group events/workshops. This amount goes towards total cost.

Total fee and guest head count is due 5 days before events.

All group bookings must be made 2 weeks in advance of event date.

CLASS REGISTRATIONS

All registrations/bookings are non-refundable. 

Any cancellations, or days missed due to inclement weather will be rescheduled for a make up at no additional cost.

Private classes must be made 1 week in advance of appointment. 

All workshops must be registered online via Paypal/Credit Card. No Cash or Checks

All sales are final for all purchases. No Refunds or Exchange.

MindCrafts & Art reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken at your event/workshop for promotional media only that's controlled by Mindcrafts & Art LLC. As the host of MindCrafts & Art event bookings you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Mindcrafts & Art for the use of any photographs or videos taken of you and your child.
